Choosing commercial freezers

Compare the current catalogue below, then use these checks to prepare a specification and quotation request for your UAE operation.

Choose the storage format first

An upright freezer, a counter freezer and a glass-door display freezer serve different workflows. Consider how stock is received, portioned and retrieved during service. Check shelf or pan compatibility and usable internal dimensions rather than relying only on the outside cabinet size.

Read temperature and ambient limits together

The cabinet temperature range and the permitted surrounding conditions are different specifications. Compare both with the planned location in your UAE premises. An operating-temperature claim does not by itself establish suitability for a hot, unconditioned service area.

Plan access and the delivered package

Use appliance dimensions for the installation opening and packed dimensions for the delivery route. Check door movement, ventilation allowances and access for cleaning and maintenance. Confirm the electrical version and any removable shelves, baskets or pan supports in the quotation.

Check frozen loading conditions

Describe products, packaging and stock movements. Confirm operating range and documented ambient conditions for the exact freezer. Include defrost arrangements, doors and delivery route when selecting upright or multi-section counter models.
