MEIKO UPster H 500 M2 Hood Type Dishwasher

The MEIKO UPster H 500 M2 Hood Type Dishwasher is designed for demanding restaurants, hotels, catering operations and professional kitchens that require reliable washing performance with simple operation. Its pass-through hood design allows plates, glasses, serving dishes and trays to be loaded comfortably from the side, while the automatic programme start begins the wash cycle as soon as the hood is closed.

With three programme cycles and a theoretical capacity of up to 60 racks per hour, the UPster H 500 M2 supports efficient workflows during busy service periods. The 500 × 500 mm rack system and generous 440 mm entry height provide sufficient space for large plates, tall glassware, serving dishes and Euronorm trays.

The MEIKO AktivPlus wash-water filtration system continuously removes food particles and helps maintain cleaner tank water. Final rinse water consumption is only 2.6 litres per cycle, helping reduce water and operating costs. Integrated features include automatic self-cleaning, a drain pump, leakage detection, digital temperature monitoring and automatic programme start.

The stainless-steel construction provides durability, hygiene and easy cleaning for intensive commercial use. Optional technologies such as MEIKO AirConcept heat recovery, the GiO reverse-osmosis module and the ActiveClean water softener can further improve the working environment, drying results and protection against limescale.
